The gentleman in Halton, Leeds had been burglared at 03:05 that morning. During the burglary a set of his car keys was taken, therefore the owner was concerned about the criminals coming back to taken his car. I was called by him at 09:36 to ask if there was a way of me stopping them from stealing is car at a later date. I advised him of my key deletion service so the keys would no longer work. He also request a spare key as he now only had one left. I attended the job within the hour de-programmed said key and made a second.
